I.VA.CO. srl was founded in February 2017 starting from the experience collected by its founders within the field of air and gas market.

In the light of the achievements accomplished in the first three years of activity, having consolidated a strong customer portfolio both domestically and internationally, the management decided to foster a process of diversification.

Two new divisions have therefore been set up: the Service Division having one person managing maintenance contracts, repair services and installations implementation within the “End Users” and the Fans Division with the goal of manufacturing and selling industrial fans worldwide.

IFD (Industrial fans Division) was made independent from I.VA.CO. in January 2020. The combination of new market perspectives and strong financial solidity has widened our horizons, fostering our desire for new opportunities, both in Italy and worldwide.

I.VA.CO. Shanghai Trading Ltd (I.VA.CO. Ltd in short) was founded in the summer of 2021, despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, with the scope of looking after the Asian branches of European customers on one side and of boosting our sales within the Asian territories on the other. The new company has been fully operative since September 2021.
